SB 399 will be heard in the Assembly Public Safety Committee a second time, and sponsors of the bill are hopeful that it will win the committee’s approval. The bill now has until June 2010 to pass out of the Assembly. The State Legislature will be on recess from July 17th through August 17th  (if the budget has been passed.)
